About My Practice
I help those who are feeling stuck, trapped, confused and want support making sense of everything that is going on so they can put it into words and grow.
I will help you trust yourself and help you navigate your challenges with confidence through a strengths-based lens.
My therapy is a safe, trauma informed, non judgmental space for those who need support.
I often work with queer, bisexual, and trans clients to help strengthen and trust identity.
I also support artists, those with ADHD traits or other forms of neurodivergence, women, parents, and male depression.
I support anyone struggling with self-doubt, rejection sensitivity, and avoidant behaviors.
I also offer gender affirming surgery letters.
Other themes explored include grief, loss, avoidance, abandonment, depression, and life transitions.
Through trauma-informed stabilization, self-esteem growth, and boundary work- I help you regulate under pressure, repair relationships, and build a more fulfilling life rooted in resilience.
I use evidence-based practices within a strengths-based, neurodiverse affirming, person-centered framework, incorporating CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to support identity-affirming growth. I will create a therapy plan with you in each session to help you be accountable in your therapy work each week.

I provide sessions via telehealth as well as in person.
